Friday Evening Family Runs

Who wants this back??

Drop me a note if so!  jen at indianpeaksrunning dot com or visit our Facebook page

Bring your kids; dogs (leashed and social, please); spouses; neighbors; etc.

We’ll run about 1 hour as a group. All ages and abilities are encouraged!

This is not a race and anybody so inclined might want to think about another time. This is a social, fun, and active way to ring in the weekend.

And, yes, it is in the evening at the end of the week, but what better way to unwind from the grind and dive into the weekend?! Put off the excuses one more hour!

Indian Peaks' Running Group

Running Group members should come as you are and be prepared to have a whole lot of fun running with your peers in our backyard, The Indian Peaks!
ALL abilities and interests are welcome!!!!!

Runs will last approximately one hour and will be between 3 - 6 miles. In the spirit of a group, we will stay together for the duration; these are not weekly races. If there is enough interest, we can coordinate longer and/or differently paced groups at another time. Just drop us an e-mail with your thoughts.

Consider making some time after our runs for some social time, too. Dinner, coffee, you name it! You may want to bring a change of clothes.
